DESCRIPTION

The strength and conditioning vault is a complete guide for softball student athletes who would like to maximize speed and power in relation to the sport of softball. I have catered each workout to softball female athletes only. With this platform, I will write you a personalized lifting program based on your position, age, and individual goals.

If you are already crushing the ball (because you have completed my advanced hitting courses), then let’s get your speed and agility up so that you can bolt around those bases on your HR trot.  If you’re a speedster, like me, let’s get some meat on those bones and get you to start crushing the ball passed the third base(wo)man.

My promise to you as female softball student athletes is that lifting will NOT make you “big.” With this monthly subscription, you will be taught how to read your program. I will provide a vault of movement examples so that you know exactly what each exercise is and can follow along with ease. While I am not a certified strength coach, I am a product of my own lifting programs. So feel free to ask me questions or view photos of me to see what you may look like once my lifting programs have been mastered.
