While COVID is in effect, there’s no reason that training has to be put on hold. Please register for LIVE softball specific, at-home bodyweight workouts, led by Alex Booker.

Each session will be led via Zoom conference call. To set proper expectations for each session, please see what you will need below:

  • Gym shoes

  • Water

  • Towel

  • Creative weights (backpack/duffel bag filled with weight, gallon jug, dumbbells, canned food, bag of rice/beans, etc)

  • Chair or stairs

  • Stable wall

Before each workout I will post what you will need approximately 1 hour prior to beginning on my blog. During each workout, I will be explaining each movement live and guiding you with timing during live sessions. If you happen to miss the live session, all movements are available on my Youtube channel where you’ll be able to perform the exercise yourself!
