Meet your instructor

As a former three-sport, high school varsity athlete, athletics are home for me. After playing at the high school, collegiate, and professional softball levels, as well as coaching at the travel, high school, and college levels for a number of years, I am confident in spreading my knowledge with young ladies that aspire to grow to their full potential, using sports as that vehicle to help get them there.

After coaching for nearly 14 years in individual and group lessons, youth team environments, collegiate team environments, individual strength and conditioning, camps/clinics, and speaking engagements around the country, I feel confident in eliminating the geographic location constraint and spreading my knowledge through this online platform.

Outside of the white chalk lines, I am a daughter, sister, dog mom, partner, writer, Feminist, travel connoisseur, dual property owner, self-proclaimed DIY expert, an at-home master chef, an Account Executive, and a Civil Rights activist.
