Softball Bodyweight Workouts


Live, virtual, softball-specific workouts hosted and instructed by Alex Booker, herself. These workouts are specifically dedicated to serving the softball community and focus on core strength, explosiveness, and injury prevention. These are a great way to stay in shape for the upcoming summer softball season while we are all safe at home.

This pandemic should not stop us from continuing to train for the upcoming season! So join me EVERY Tuesday and Thursday evening at 4:00pm PST for at-home, bodyweight workouts. Each workout is designed to use minimal to no equipment and is designed to do from the comfort of your home (indoors or outdoors).

Please come prepared wearing gym shoes, have a firm surface to lay on, stand on (jump on), and also come with water because we will be working up a sweat. Each exercise can be found daily on my blog about 1 hour prior to the workout beginning so that you know if any special equipment is needed.

Because this is a complimentary session, the best way you can support me right now is to share with a friend, teammate, or family member across the country even! My goal is to create impact nationwide - so please help share :)
