COVID At-Home Workouts - LIVE

Join me LIVE for at-home workouts on Sundays at 1:00pm PST for the remainder of the weeks that COVID-19 social distancing is in effect.

For these hour long workouts, you will need your body only! There is no equipment necessary unless you’d like to challenge yourself and have access to light weights. Workouts will last no longer than one hour. Please be prepared to move about in your area (living room, garage, outdoors, etc) and have gym shoes on.
