One of the most important factors in girls softball outside of the girls is arguably the mentorship that surrounds our young ladies. Whether you have played sports before in your youth, have served as a manager before, or were volunteered into coaching, our role as coaches is integral to the long term success of our student athletes.

During this coaching clinic, I will be using a mix of what I have seen at the high school, college, professional, collegiate coaching, and travel coaching levels to raise your confidence while in the dugout supporting your young ladies. As a coach, we have a duty to create a positive playing environment for all. During these coaching clinics, we will master the below topics:
