05/21/2020 COVID-19 WOD

There will be NO LIVE WORKOUTS today.

Sorry to let you all down, I had something come up but wanted to offer resources to those of you who are regularly in attendance. You should still be doing something to stay active despite my lack of availability in leading live workouts today. Some ideas for activities to do are listed below:

  • Active rest - playing a game with a sibling, stretching, gong for a run around the neighborhood, etc.

  • Take a YouTube yoga class

  • Learn a new dance on TikTok

  • Do 10 pushups during the commercial breaks of your favorite show

We will be back on next week so stay tuned for our next workout. I apologize for the late notice but duty calls today! Always feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need advice on how you can maintain a high level of physical fitness πŸ€—
